Operator Conditions and Requirements 1. The operator should preferably be a male under 55 years old. Elderly individuals or those who are physically weak should not operate the device！ 2. During Operation, the operator should exert downward pressure on the armrests to maintain the overall balance of the vehicle！ 3. if the operator cannot completely control the device alone, there must be an assistant in front of the vehicle to maintain balance！
Operating Precautions: 1. When starting to climb stairs, the wheelchair climber body will tilt upward. It is necessary to press down on the armrests to ensure stability！ 2. If a rest is needed during the climb, it is essential to ensure that the tracks are simultaneously pressing against three steps！ 3. Before descending stairs, the Wheelchair Climber should pause on the first two steps to ensure that the tracks are properly aligned with the steps and the vehichle remains balanced 4. During the descent, the front wheels of the vehicle should stay away from the edge of the steps. Lift the front wheels, allowing the tracks to touch the ground. Use both hands to support the armrests to maintain balance. Press the descent button and adjust the vehicle to a balanced state as necessary."
Passenger Requirement: 1. Passenger with heart disease are not recommended to ride 2. For passenger weighing between 80kg and 100kg,it is recommended to have an additional assistant to help the operator control the ascent and descent of stairs for safety reasons."

Return Exchange Policy
We take great pride in ensuring our products are of great quality and condition. You may contact our Customer Service Department within 3 business days in the following cases:
**You have received a defective product. (We offer 3 DAYs) return policy for items which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment. Exchange it for a New One!
**There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed (WE SEND YOU WRONG PRODUCT)
We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost, provided it is returned in their original condition and unused, however all defective product(s) are subject to inspection.
Return / exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
Shipping Policy
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 - 6 days for delivery.
